The Clambaking Company is an on-site event catering service based in the hills of northwest Connecticut. We specialize in fresh seafood, clambakes, and barbecues for every event. If you’re planning a wedding at a vineyard, a graduation party at the house or a corporate function at your business, our team will work with you to provide a dining experience that your friends, family and employees won’t soon forget. We partner with local producers of organic vegetables, artisanal cheese and fresh caught seafood to provide a unique and delicious experience. Our menus can be customized to suit the needs of any party, we have provided food for every type of occasion, even If you just need appetizers or a raw bar, or a full blown buffet spread, we can handle it. We are a mobile catering service that will travel the entire state of Connecticut, from Fairfield County to the beaches of Mystic and everywhere in between.
